FeederFund and FX Investment Group (FXIG) review on MikeInvest.com

The FeederFund started operations on 12 October 2003. It's a mutual fund which allows investors to pool their money and place it under professional investment management. With Feeder Fund you can invest into legitimate, audited and government regulated funds without the usual high deposit required to enroll: $5,000-$20,000. The FeederFund currently offer 6 programs: ClubInvest, ITS, ChartCandle, ILC, 4xClub and FXIG. Minimal deposit is $50. All these programs have proven track records of few years.

Investment Portfolio

The Feeder Fund is choosing only the high credibility programs to offer for their members. In fact since they've started Feeder Fund removed only one program from their list - ArbClub, but despite the FeederFund's small loss, members recieved their full profits (41.5% over 6 months). Another program FSI went private and doesn't accept any new members now.
Due Diligence is perfomed on every program, they verify performance data and trading systems, the legal structure in which this trading takes place and the checks and balances in place, they also meet with program's team. The FeederFund maintains good relationship with the principles of all the programs it's associated with.

FXIG

FX Investing Group was recently added, it's an offshore company involved in a wider range of financial activities, such as Commodities, Precious Metals, and Foreign Exchange, with an average ROI of 20% per month. Despite the relatively high interest rate, according to FeederFund's due diligence results, the risk due to fraud is negligible in FX.

The software trading system behind FXIG was developed by their senior trader after over a 12 year period of testing and trading. One of the most important aspects of the trading system was the provision of accurate price data and when this became readily available in 2000, the final development produced some amazing results. After more testing, the system went onto live trading in May 2002 and basically hasn't looked back, or down, since then.

4xClub

4xClub is located in Canada and involved in FOREX trading. Club4X (4X-Club) was set up by Stephen Princeton at the beginning of this year to offer a return on trading the Forex Markets. Stephen has been trading for 7 years. The last 3 years have been full time and he has achieved excellent results during that time. All trading is based on technical analysis concentrating mostly around momentum on intra-day trends, but when the market is going sideways, they also take advantage of technically over extended price movements and trade for rapid gains while applying tight stops.

Index Trading Systems was founded in June, 2000. The company’s primary activity concentrates upon performing on the Index Options markets, where the IndExtreme stock (IEX) is traded. This type of stock has a greater degree of flexibility, which enables to obtain higher total revenue from trading operations. Hence, the company generates the average monthly return of 8%-15%.

ClubInvest

ClubInvest is domiciled in Vanuatu - one of the British Commonwealth offshore areas. The Club is fully audited, run by experienced people and has an excellent reputation for being a reliable and efficient organisation. The Principals welcome any investigation and Due Diligence which any prospective Shareholder may wish to carry out prior to considering any investment with the Club.
Club Invest has a diversified investment strategy, with funds distributed through most of the trading markets including Foreign Exchange (FOREX), Arbitrage, Hedging, Futures & Options. The Fund also invests capital in other opportunities such as Start Ups / IPO's / Public Floats and personal loans to CEO's of large private and public corporations. This diversification strategy has historically worked very well in that they have never had a losing month since the fund started. Their returns each month have always been positive, even after September 11, 2001. ASIC investigated ClubInvest because of it offshore business.

ILC

InfiniteLottto Club (ILC), despite the name is not a lottery. It is an offshore investment scheme where the monthly profits are distributed as prizes. Monies that come to ILC through ticket purchases are traded as part of the Principal's Primary Investment Fund. This is invested in many different markets. Most are fully liquid but there are some longer term investments. The main focus is on long term income opportunities rather than short term trading, although a percentage of the fund is traded in Futures and Options.

Profits from trading are paid as prizes to its Members. In general, half the amount is paid as a monthly Jackpot and the remainder paid as lesser prizes. The minimum prize amount is $50 and the odds on winning a monthly prize with 100 tickets is 1 in 25. Assuming a monthly profit of 5%, a Member with 5000 tickets could expect to win 24 prizes a year. Even if all these were minimum prizes, this would still be a profit of $1200 or 24%, however there is always a chance of a big prize in the mix which would increase this return considerably.

ChartCandle

is based in Florida and trades mainly Stocks and Options, but also trades Foreign Exchange when opportunities allow. Much of the trading is hedged with Options positions reducing some of the upside gain, but more importantly reducing the risk of losses. Many positions are credit strategies which provide good flexibility for profit taking. The Trader also trades stock intra-day to take advantage of micro market moves that can't be realized by Options trading alone.

MikeInvest Recommendation

FeederFund is the most reliable high-yield investment program, so I would recommend you to join FeederFund and invest in FXIG. You can start with at least the minimum $50. Remember that the deposit is settled (really invested and starts earning interest) on 5th of the next month, so it's better to invest at the end of the month.

FeederFund allows you to get in all the above programs with minimum investment of only $50. If you have the minimum amount required to join any of these programs, you can still join it through FeederFund with less risk due to FeederFund's reserve pool. The FeederFund adds part of its profit to reserve fund in order to compensate members on possible losses and allow members to withdraw money easier.

If you prefer to join any program directly and save the FeederFund's fees, our recommendation is FXIG (if you have $5,000 to invest) and ILC, due to its low minimum - $100 and a chance to win high prize. 4xClub should also be considered for minimizing the risk.
